Since the foundation of the house Chivas in 1801in Aberdeen, Scotland, the brothers John & James Chivas pioneers in the art of sorting and blending many aged malt and grain whiskies, they offered their customers the finest products. Perfecting the art of blending, the Chivas brothers created an exceptional whisky, uniquely combining the finest aged & rare whiskies from the Speyside Scotland. The result was a smooth and generous tasting whisky, unique compared to its counterparts of the time.

The adjective "Shelf" rightly established its place next to the name of the Chivas brothers, when the 1843 acquired the privilege of the royal family's commission. The creation of Chivas Regal is a special moment in the art of blending, it is the creation of the Chivas style, characterised by softness, richness and harmony of flavours.

The spirit and heart of Chivas Regal meets at Strathisla, Speyside's historic distillery, the oldest operating distillery in the Highlands and perhaps the most beautiful. It is here that the knowledge and tradition of the Chivas house has been passed down from generation to generation and is still carefully guarded to this day, ensuring that the high quality and consistent character is unchanged over time and unchanged in every bottle.

Today, the custodian of Chivas Regal's distinctive style is Master Blender Colin Scott. The selection of exquisite varieties of malt and grain whiskies, uniquely and patiently matured, allow Master Blender to create blends that offer very different experiences of enjoyment.

The Chivas Regal 12, 18 and 25 Years old, they each have their own unique recipe of rare whisky selections that make up a unique tasting experience for each of them. Each bottle of Chivas Regal is the creation of a team of skilled whisky makers and a tradition that spans more than two centuries!
