Grappa Bianca Nardini from Bassano, Italy is the undisputed leader in the market of high quality Grappa spirits. The fresh grapes used to make this Grappa are carefully selected from the northern Italian provinces of Veneto and Friuli. After these grapes rested in silos where the fermentation process began, the grape core was distilled from the end of October to the beginning of May. This grappa, Bortolo Nardini Blanca, was then aged for a year in stainless steel vats to be properly purified. It then went through a double distillation process and was cold filtered to obtain maximum softness and expression. This is a clean, bright and crystalline spirit that exhibits wonderful aromas that are blunt and dry immediately upon opening this bottle.
