The nose is expressive with aromas of ripe fruit, such as melon, apricot, pineapple and notes of lemon, minerals and flowers, in an elegant environment of vanilla and hazelnut praline.Rich on the palate with a creamy texture, exuberant, with a very good structure.

Its acidity gives freshness, balances its sweetness and gives it elegance.

Intense aftertaste with notes of fruit, cedar and vanilla.

Our cellar has been operating since 1995. In our shop you can find Drinks, Wines, Soft drinks, Organic products, Cigars and Gifts like baskets.

Its name comes from the island of Santorini.

The Kanava is actually the Santorini Kava which is built into the rocks of Santorini. Our cellar is located in Vari at 26 Anagyrountos Street. Our shop managers are Velonia Angeliki & Panagiotis Chrysomallidis.
