Fermented and aged in new (50%) and second use (50%) French barriques for 12 months. Short pre-fermentation maceration and batonnage. Stelvin stopper. Exotic intensity and fruit presence. Ripe peach, orange peel, tropical fruit, vanilla, thick mouthfeel, silky.

Organoleptic characteristics: The colour is straw golden with bright highlights. The nose has a great complexity and elegance that expresses the varietal character. It shows aromas of ripe peach, orange blossom and citrus peel along with tropical fruit. The aromas of premium French wood - vanilla and nuts - are perfectly integrated into the wine, composing a rich bouquet of aromas, while the scent of bread crust suggests contact with the lees. The palate is full-bodied, with excellent structure and crisp acidity. The mouth aromas follow those of the nose and the finish has intensity and immense complexity, offering a sense that it will last forever.
