Small production tsipouro distilled in the vineyard zone of the Meteora region.
Floral, elegant with fruity characteristics against a background of spicy spices that its aging in French oak barrels gives it.

Bright colour with soft golden yellow highlights.
Clean and intense aromas with floral characteristics of citrus (kumquat) and herbs (eucalyptus) against a background of sweet spices (nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon) and notes of honey, leather and tobacco.
Medium intensity taste, velvety and balanced mouthfeel, fruity and herbal character accompanied by sweet spices and dried fruits.
Medium long finish, with citrus and herbs in harmony with sweet spices and dried fruits.
Accompany it with Mediterranean mountain and sea delicacies.

Our cellar has been operating since 1995. In our shop you can find Drinks, Wines, Soft drinks, Organic products, Cigars and Gifts like baskets.

Its name comes from the island of Santorini.

The Kanava is actually the Santorini Kava which is built into the rocks of Santorini. Our cellar is located in Vari at 26 Anagyrountos Street. Our shop managers are Velonia Angeliki & Panagiotis Chrysomallidis.
