• It gives intensity, memory and the distillate gave back the most intense Tsikoudia of all 35N.
• Its aroma is earthy, warm and delicate with a velvety and round aftertaste. Ideally served at 12 degrees Celsius, leaving it to rest for a few minutes in the glass. Always drunk with company, never alone.

• The name comes from the 35th parallel of our planet. In one small part of it, an ancient island with a 5000 year old history where its people have always lived and acted with soul. This island is Crete and the name of the drink is Tsikoudia.
