Category: Wine with Protected Designation of Origin "Santorini".
Varietal composition: Assyrtiko 100%Unification: Typical white vinification. Typical standard vinification. The wine is kept in the tanks with the lees for 18 months. Bottling after 2 years.
Organoleptic characteristics: Bright, straw-blue colour with golden-green highlights. Complex, aromatic nose, with notes of citrus (ripe lemon), flowers and herbs. The minerality is also characteristic. Rich body, with refreshing acidity and a long aftertaste, with minerality dominating.

Our cellar has been operating since 1995. In our shop you can find Drinks, Wines, Soft drinks, Organic products, Cigars and Gifts like baskets.

Its name comes from the island of Santorini.

The Kanava is actually the Santorini Kava which is built into the rocks of Santorini. Our cellar is located in Vari at 26 Anagyrountos Street. Our shop managers are Velonia Angeliki & Panagiotis Chrysomallidis.
