Tsingelo is the name of the original Black Laurel and here we find it in its dry version with a vivid violet colour and intense aromatic profile. It is characterised by a multidimensional aroma with dominant notes of small red fruits, laurel, vanilla and wild Greek herbs. It is a fresh wine, but the short passage through clay amphorae and oxidative aging in them has given it well-worked tannins, while the light passage through the barrel has given it a balanced structure. Unfiltered.
It goes especially well with grilled meats and perfectly with winged game. Ideal with moderately strong cheeses, pasta with red and spicy sauces and dishes dominated by eggplant. It also accompanies nicely, charcuterie and cheese dishes.
