Petale De Rose Magnum 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache Rouge, Semillon, Syrah, Ugni Blanc Dry Rose 1.5L

Varieties: 46% Cinsault, 32% Grenache, 12% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre, 2% Ugni-Blanc, 1% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Rolle and 1% Sémillon.

Harvesting is done by hand, the grapes are picked and placed in the press without being crushed. A light pressure is applied in order to obtain maximum fineness and aroma. After a decantation, fermentation is carried out at a low temperature. Bottling takes place shortly after harvesting and after repeated decanting. It is kept in stainless steel vats until bottling.
This fine wine should be drunk at around 12° C. It is a very pleasant aperitif, pale pink in colour, with a rose aroma.

The Kanava is actually the Santorini Kava which is built into the rocks of Santorini. Our cellar is located in Vari at 26 Anagyrountos Street. Our shop managers are Velonia Angeliki & Panagiotis Chrysomallidis.
