The sweet aroma of anise and herbs give the classic ouzo Varvagianni Blue a pleasant and smooth taste. Five generations of the Varvagiannis family create with love and knowledge, the classic ouzo Blue, with respect to the tradition that requires the 100% distillation of ouzo and with the family recipe brought by Efstathios Varvagiannis in 1860 from Russia.

Genuine distillate of anise and aromatic plants, produced at 46% Vol. with the unique water of Plomari. The famous and pure Ouzo Varvayanni Blue has a pleasant aroma, transparent color and soft taste that gives the palate sensations of spring breeze and sunny sea.

Our cellar has been operating since 1995. In our shop you can find Drinks, Wines, Soft drinks, Organic products, Cigars and Gifts like baskets.

Its name comes from the island of Santorini.

The Kanava is actually the Santorini Kava which is built into the rocks of Santorini. Our cellar is located in Vari at 26 Anagyrountos Street. Our shop managers are Velonia Angeliki & Panagiotis Chrysomallidis.
