The House produces excellent Chablis, from its important vineyards at Grands Crus Blanchot, Vaudesir, Valmur and Les Clos, in addition to having Monopole ownership of a portion of Les Clos, Clos des Hospices, and Premier Cru Vaillon. With the tradition of six generations alive, respect for the unique terroir of Chablis, natural methods to fight diseases and careful management of returns, to achieve the desired sugar level in the grapes, the Moreau Family produces Chablis that reflect the true, exceptional character of their vineyards.

A ripe, yet dry Chardonnay with crisp green apple, minerality and a touch of salt water.
Classic green apple perfumes, flowers of spring and citrus.
On the palate, it's highly structured, without tremendous depth or concentration, but with a charming, seductive profile.

Our cellar has been operating since 1995. In our shop you can find Drinks, Wines, Soft drinks, Organic products, Cigars and Gifts like baskets.

Its name comes from the island of Santorini.

The Kanava is actually the Santorini Kava which is built into the rocks of Santorini. Our cellar is located in Vari at 26 Anagyrountos Street. Our shop managers are Velonia Angeliki & Panagiotis Chrysomallidis.
