Monin Bitter Syrup 0.7L Syrup

Bitter is the name given to flavoured spirits with a predominantly bitter taste. Bitter has an alcohol content of at least 15%, but Monin Syrup Bitter has no alcohol. Bitters, for example Ramazzotti, Campari, Underberg and Becherovka, are mainly used as an aperitif, digestive or as an ingredient in cocktails. In addition to agricultural alcohol, bitters usually contain extracts of herbs, citrus plants, tart berries, angostura bark, chicory bark or aniseed. This syrup contains gentian, cardamom, nuts, ginger and paprika.

Our cellar has been operating since 1995. In our shop you can find Drinks, Wines, Soft drinks, Organic products, Cigars and Gifts like baskets.

Its name comes from the island of Santorini.

The Kanava is actually the Santorini Kava which is built into the rocks of Santorini. Our cellar is located in Vari at 26 Anagyrountos Street. Our shop managers are Velonia Angeliki & Panagiotis Chrysomallidis.
