Full maturation in four different types of barrels. The Macallan Quest begins a long journey of discovery to explore the effect of sherry soused oak casks.

American bourbons are paired with handcrafted European and American oak barrels and hogshead Macallan barrels to create a spirit of cosmic complexity. Characterised by classic fresh citrus and sweet vanilla oak flavours, this is the simple whisky malt that creates a real expectation for further exploration and enjoyment.

Our cellar has been operating since 1995. In our shop you can find Drinks, Wines, Soft drinks, Organic products, Cigars and Gifts like baskets.

Its name comes from the island of Santorini.

The Kanava is actually the Santorini Kava which is built into the rocks of Santorini. Our cellar is located in Vari at 26 Anagyrountos Street. Our shop managers are Velonia Angeliki & Panagiotis Chrysomallidis.
