Larios 12 Premium Gin 40% 0.7L
The history of the company dates back to 1866. Carlos Lamoth and Fernando Jiménez founded "Bodegas Jimenez y Lamothe", a union of their wineries, after which they founded one of the largest distilleries in Spain. The wine from La Mancha became a first class cognac and by distilling aniseed distillate and other spirits they soon gained a solid position in the market.
The number 12 placed behind the name Larios is not without reason. It shows you the exact number of botanicals used to create the complex character of Larios Gin. From juniper, coriander, nutmeg and angelica root in the spicy plain and citrus aromas such as orange, lemon and lime, grapefruit, tangerine, clementine and mandarin in the brioche, an excellent gin is formed that is wonderfully harmonious and sublime in taste. No wonder you can find it in any well-stocked store.
Taste: Apart from the dominant lemon note, there is always a hint of orange blossom on the nose. Nutmeg and angelica are able to catch the attention with their sophisticated spiciness. A slightly bitter and dry juniper is added, which is the main component of this gin but remains subtly in the background.
