Extremely bright and luminous, between light pink and salmon. A lively nose that hints mainly at red fruits such as strawberry and cherry, with a hint of lemony verbena and an almost imperceptible passage of spices. Elegant, classy and elegant, with refreshing acidity that balances the alcohol, creating a sense of harmony. Pleasant fruity finish. Although its delicate personality predisposes us to enjoy it on its own, it can easily accompany dishes with delicate charcuterie, fish with light red sauces, grilled barbel fillets, tuna carpaccio and even summer stuffing.

Our cellar has been operating since 1995. In our shop you can find Drinks, Wines, Soft drinks, Organic products, Cigars and Gifts like baskets.

Its name comes from the island of Santorini.

The Kanava is actually the Santorini Kava which is built into the rocks of Santorini. Our cellar is located in Vari at 26 Anagyrountos Street. Our shop managers are Velonia Angeliki & Panagiotis Chrysomallidis.
