KING OF SOHO VARIORUM Gin 42% 0.7L

 Quadruple distilled gin, made in small batches using traditional methods.
 Twelve herbs and neutral grain spirit mixed with water and left to infuse
 overnight releasing the flavors from the herbs.
  The vessel is then slowly heated and the essences of the herbal products are carried off with the vapours,
 pass through the "swan's neck" to the condenser where it is cooled again to liquid form.
  Once the distillation is finished , nothing but water and additional neutral grain spirit are added
  thus earning the name "London Dry Gin".

Our cellar has been operating since 1995. In our shop you can find Drinks, Wines, Soft drinks, Organic products, Cigars and Gifts like baskets.

Its name comes from the island of Santorini.

The Kanava is actually the Santorini Kava which is built into the rocks of Santorini. Our cellar is located in Vari at 26 Anagyrountos Street. Our shop managers are Velonia Angeliki & Panagiotis Chrysomallidis.
