It has been produced since 1962 in the Herraduras family business that has been carrying on the tradition of Mexican tequila since the mid-19th century.
It is aged in oak barrels, and is considered by many tequila experts to be the best blend of oak and agave.

Our cellar has been operating since 1995. In our shop you can find Drinks, Wines, Soft drinks, Organic products, Cigars and Gifts like baskets.

Its name comes from the island of Santorini.

The Kanava is actually the Santorini Kava which is built into the rocks of Santorini. Our cellar is located in Vari at 26 Anagyrountos Street. Our shop managers are Velonia Angeliki & Panagiotis Chrysomallidis.
