Grande Reserve Naoussa has been identified with Boutaris Winery, as it is one of its first and best known wines. An authentic example of red ageing that introduced for the first time to the market the concept of limited and controlled
production from grapes of selected vineyards.

It fits with: Spicy dishes with rich spices, such as wild boar in the pot, goat stuffed with rice and livers, pork roll with prunes and nuts. Varieties of spicy cheeses, such as smoked Mezzovone and aged gouda. Serve at 16-18 °C.
