Gikas Pine Forest Wine Dry White 0.75L

Cryo-extraction vinification and development of native yeasts. Fermentation for 2 months at very low temperatures in the presence of fine mud. During fermentation, selected pine resin is added for a short time and then removed.It has a yellowish colour enhanced by lemon highlights. Aromas of pine and stone fruit dominate the nose. A little further back, traces of lavender and mastic can be discerned. Full mouthfeel with distinctive acidity and aromatic aftertaste.

The Kanava is actually the Santorini Kava which is built into the rocks of Santorini. Our cellar is located in Vari at 26 Anagyrountos Street. Our shop managers are Velonia Angeliki & Panagiotis Chrysomallidis.
