The meticulous selection of the right grape musts, used to make this sparkling, light rosé alternative wine, is key to the production of Cipriani's Zero Zero range. This guarantees an exceptionally fine and elegant NA-Wine body with excellent post-aromatic persistence, similar to ripe fruit, sweet but not rotten thanks to the pleasant acidity. 

The perfect selection of the best grape varieties is essential for the development of our alcohol-free sparkling products. The musts are kept at a temperature of 0°C degrees thanks to modern refrigeration systems, with subsequent tangential filtration used to avoid alcoholic fermentation. 

Color: Pale pink with fine carbonation. 

Perfume: Floral and fruity. 

Taste: extremely delicate and elegant with excellent post-aromatic persistence, similar to ripe fruit, sweet but not flimsy thanks to good acidity.
