The wide temperature variation between day and night creates an ideal microclimate that gives the wine an undeniable finesse, pleasant freshness and intense aromas of golden apple and acacia blossoms.
In addition to the usual cultivation practices, in order to allow the grapes to ripen optimally, the branches are carefully pruned. Production is kept very low to obtain grapes rich in aromas.

Grapes: Glera.
Alcohol content: 11,5% vol.
Colour: pale straw yellow with
greenish highlights.
Nose: Fruity aromas with pleasant notes of golden apples and acacia blossoms.
Taste: Harmonious taste, medium body and intense personality.
It fits with: Ideal as an aperitif and at all times of socializing.
Temperature: 5-6°C.

Its name comes from the island of Santorini.

The Kanava is actually the Santorini Kava which is built into the rocks of Santorini. Our cellar is located in Vari at 26 Anagyrountos Street. Our shop managers are Velonia Angeliki & Panagiotis Chrysomallidis.
