Characteristic copper attractive color. Rich, creamy foam that acquires a light apricot aroma during fermentation. Silky, refreshing taste with a pleasant bitterness. Ideally drunk at 10o - 12o C. Re-fermentation in the bottle. Not filtered or pasteurized.

Its name comes from the island of Santorini.

The Kanava is actually the Santorini Kava which is built into the rocks of Santorini. Our cellar is located in Vari at 26 Anagyrountos Street. Our shop managers are Velonia Angeliki & Panagiotis Chrysomallidis.
