The Barcelo distillery was founded in 1930 in the Dominican Republic, producing excellent rum, taking advantage of the ideal maturation conditions created by the Caribbean climate, with an average temperature of 30°C and a humidity of 90%. Barcelo Imperial (38% alc.) is the distillery's flagship rum. It is a product of double maturation and limited production. The blend selected is matured in American and French oak with different levels of burn. This gives it an indescribable complexity and mellow character. Aromas of dried fruit, tobacco, leather, spices and caramel. Exuberant on the palate, explosive in aromas, with an unforgettable aftertaste.

Its name comes from the island of Santorini.

The Kanava is actually the Santorini Kava which is built into the rocks of Santorini. Our cellar is located in Vari at 26 Anagyrountos Street. Our shop managers are Velonia Angeliki & Panagiotis Chrysomallidis.
